Currently we have a manufacturing unit in Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu with 25,000 Sq. ft. area for manufacturing International Standard Gym, Play & Outdoor Fitness Equipments.
Our manufacturing unit has a complete set of infrastructure viz. pipe bending machines (for round as well as square pipes), powder coating machine (with 7 tank process) etc. and qualified work force to manufacture quality product.

We have also obtained ISO 9001:2015 certificate for quality control.For the last 21 years we have catered to the needs of various governmental & private organizations. Our highlighted supply was to the police department of Tamilnadu wherein we have supplied & successfully installed Gym Equipments to 200 police stations all over Tamilnadu.

It would be helpful if you could provide as much information about the problem as possible, including your order number, product name, product image and model number, as well as your preference for a refund or replacement.
For defective product the 1st step would be to resolve the issue. If the service was not successful replacement will be processed.
As soon as the reverse pickup has been completed, we will issue a new product to the customer. A replacement request is also subject to stock availability.
If still the problem persist with the machine after replacement then the return could be processed after approval from the management.
There are several reasons why return is not possible
If everything is fine with the product but you don’t like the product.
You don’t like the colour of the product.
You don’t know how to use it.
You are not satisfied with the features
For successful returns, we will credit the full amount (excluding up & down shipping charges ).
Return Exceptions We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee + Shipping Charges if the following conditions do not apply.
You must return the items within 7 days of purchasing them for a refund or exchange
In order to return an item or package, it must be in new condition. A packing video will be sent for reference.
The item will be rejected if it has been used or altered in any way.
It is important not to damage the original packaging of the manufacturer and repack the product properly to avoid damage during transit. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure the product safety while returning to us.
Any included gifts, manuals, and original items must be included in the packaging.
Original invoices or sales receipts must be included in the return package.
Returned product will be verified by our team and then the return amount will be processed.
Note : In any case, the seller reserves the right to refuse or accept the return.
